Heating Service Call Fort Myers, Fl.

In Fort Myers, Florida a service call for a heater repair will more often than not involve seeking, finding, and repairing an electrical problem of some type.  One might occasionally find a non functioning heater coil/element, or an obstruction or leak in the duct work, but those types of problems are not common.  The most common problem we encounter is a unit that has a problem with the wiring, the settings, or an electrical relay that is not functioning correctly.

The good news is often times the problem can be fixed without the need for expensive parts!

Many times the problem is apparent as soon as the a/c tech opens up the machine and takes a look inside.  If the problem is a burnt wire, or a wire that has become disconnected for some reason a well trained service technician will generally find it pretty quickkly and have the heater going in a matter of minutes.

In the case of a burned out or malfunctioning relay a little investigative work with a circuit tester can usually find the trouble rather quickly as well.  The following video shows a service technician checking out the circuitry on a malfunctioning central air conditioning unit's heater.
